I went to bed at 11 o'clock last night but was woken up at about 1am by the guys in the next room. I assume they'd been to the pub. They spent the next hour and a half talking loudly and banging about in their room. I last looked at my watch at 2:35.
In all I think I had just under 6 hours sleep which I can normally get by on. Unfortunately the break in the middle has really messed me up. I feel like I've had about 2 hours kip.
