Me on a better day

Naughty, naughty, very naughty!

Another gap in my journal. This must stop!.

I spent most of yesterday reviewing my company accounts for year ending April 2001. All was fine (in the end) and I dropped them off in Liverpool this morning.

I was back with the elite on the train this morning, no more hanging about with the hoi-poloi!

Snobbery apart, I can cope with the trip down to Hemel in standard class but the return journey is always a nightmare. On Friday some red faced scarecrow was sitting in my seat bleating that "the seat is double booked". When I asked him how he knew this he just said "well, it must be". Having made my point I gave up and sat next to a very nice woman who was kind enough to move seats to make life easier. Humans are very funny things.
