Talking of service (sort of)

The overdraft on my company account expired a couple of weeks ago.
I re-applied for a lower level on line. I'm happy to say I don't really need it any more — I just need a safety net. The web site told me I'd be contacted within 3 working days. Six working days later, on Monday, I phoned the service centre. I was told an account manager would call me back. I'm still waiting.
