Flat on its arse.
It's the penultimate week before Christmas and "Gourmet Week".
Years ago this was when people brought in food they'd made at home. These days it's mostly what people have nipped out to Sainsbury's for.
I've just laid out £33 worth of cheese (from Cobbett and Keen) for the few people who are here.
It appears to have created as much interest as the paper plates I've included.
