My massage this morning was a little more forceful than on my previous visits. I assume it's a case of building up the treatment. I hope it's a case of building up the treatment and not that she's taken a dislike to me.

Praise be the train journey was perfect this morning. On time and comfortable. Amazing as I'm still on the old trains.
I'm off back to the B&B in 45 minutes to rest my aching bones.
