Our schedule appears to be a hectic as ever. I have 3 faults to fix by today and I'm about half way through them.
After that it's all heads down for the next major release. I have about 20 faults assigned to me for this but the wild card in this release is going to be WIBS. Luckily I'm not involved in the design this time; I'm just going to be hacking.
Must get on...
Time goes so quickly when you're busy. I'm off to lunch in 15 minutes and I feel as if I've only just arrived.
JaMo is working today, much to her chagrin. When GaHy called her on Tuesday he made mention of her working on the VAT to which JaMo said "Oh, you can do that".
Apparently there's been no mention of VAT so far; I wish I had those sort of options at work.
I have just bought a drink from a vending machine and it reminded me of an incident from my childhood. I must have been no more than 6 or 7 when our car broke down during a long trip. We had to wait some time for the AA to arrive. The car was parked near a row of buildings. I can't remember much about them but the only refreshments available were drinks from a vending machine.
I was musing as to where this happened and thought "I'll have to ask Mum". This is something I haven't been able to do since May last year. In fact I'm the only survivor of that car trip. As far as I know this is the first time I've ever had one of these moments.
